Professional Installation Insights:
1.
Maximize Visual Depth: The 45mm barrel height is specifically engineered to create dramatic shadows and a floating "island" effect for your panels. It’s an ideal choice for multi-layered sign designs.
2.
Drilling for Success: For a perfect fit, pre-drill your display panels with a 7.5mm to 9mm bit. The 12mm cap will provide a sleek, professional cover that hides the hole edges completely.
3.
Hardware Recommendation: Due to the extended 2-inch length, we recommend using high-quality #6 or #8 mounting screws and heavy-duty anchors to ensure maximum leverage and stability on your specific wall type (drywall, masonry, or wood).
